I was so lucky to recently be the winner of a competition that the lovely Belinda from Tutti Fruiti had on her blog. I fell in love with her apron skirts after seeing a picture of her market stall on Skout Trade Fair, they are absolutely gorgeous.
Firstly I had to show you a picture of how I received it, I almost couldnt open it - the wrapping was simply divine!
Then this stunning skirt was inside this lovely packaging, I am so excited to put it on my daughter! Thanks Belinda x

It's a 'Lee Lee Bunt'!!
Don’t you just love it when your little one starts to say new words! Yesterday I put my daughter in a gorgeous top that had been given to me by a friend which featured an appliqué Elephant on the front. Now since then my daughter keeps saying 'lee lee bunt’ and squeals with delight.
I too am also a fan of elephants, I cant put my finger on it but they really appeal to me.
So, today along with the help of her bigger brother Mr 2.5 we cleaned up her room and I took down some of the prints I had (ones I made myself and was proud of at the time but now we need to move on ha) from when she was first a baby and took a look on Etsy to hunt down some Elephant prints for her room and each one of these got a squeal and a ‘lee lee bunt’ reaction from her so that has not helped me to narrow it down, wish I had enough wall space for all of them!

Now this isnt necessarily elephant focussed but there is an elephant in it, I have fallen in love with this 2010 Giclee Calendar by Joo Joo

How Tweet It Is has a new stockist!!!
How Tweet It Is has a fabulous new stockist called Funky Attitude. Funky Attitude is a funky online store that stocks gorgeous, unique top quality handmade clothing and accessories for infants and toddlers.
One of my favourite items on the site are the Tooth Fairy Pillows.
You place the tooth in the special pocket little pocket and leave it for the tooth fairy to find. I love it that the pillow is shaped like a tooth and the fabrics used are just beautiful. These are truly one of a kind.
Here is a sneak peek and some of the other items alongside How Tweet It is accessories you can find there, but I suggest you go to Funky Attitude to check out the full range, you wont be disappointed.

Ok now to get started...
The Seven things you dont may not know about me....
1. I am addicted to Singstar even though I am not a very good singer, but I make others around me suffer while I belt out some tunes and I am currently VERY excited at the thought of trying out the new Motown and Take That ones over the Christmas holidays
2. Before I had children and money was much more readily available I went on a holiday to Thailand and my sister and I bought 60 pairs of shoes between us at an airport sale
3. My parents are from the UK, hence my pale skin which burns at the very thought of the sun
4. I am a huge John Hughes fan, particularly Sixteen Candles and Pretty In Pink
5. I am a terrible camper and much prefer going to holidays at a place where there is an ensuite ha!
6. Cooking is really not my forte, I once rang my mother up to ask how to cook champinons
7. Spiders......are not one of my faves....
Now I have the pleasure of announcing that the 7 bloggers (in no particular order)that I would like to pass this award on to are:
Festoon Bunting
Little Sooti
Flobib
Lark Handmade
Ministylista
Beyond Pink and Blue
Thula Thula
p.s. it was hard to stick to just seven!
